My truck will try to start meaning it keeping trying to turn over

We have replaced fuel pump, ignition coil, cap and
bud, ignition sensor, and pickup coil it will start
cranking but will not turn over

Check for spark and fuel at the engine.

It has spark we've tested that with our meter. We are at a stumped point now
