1997 dodge ram 1500 stumbling and stalling when accelerating until high speeds also high revs before it hitting 4th/overdrive

yes please help!!i have replaced spark plugs,cap&rotor,but wires looked good,tps
sensor,the overdrive speed sensor,rear diff. speed sensor and also the fuel pump.but it
did a change from where it was before.it starts up like a champ but idles a little
high.then took my truck up to the store and got the codes read, nothing but one code
saying low voltage tps sensor??if someone can give an answer why my truck is doing
all this nonesense and how i can fix it?? please and thnks
