Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Dodge Van 1500 run great in the early morning reading the codes with a
reader tool show the PO748 code related with the transmission, after the
sun came up and the temperature came up a little the van refuses to run,
the engine turn great, all the light on dash board on, gauges on zero or
down, engine turn but not start, all the sensors in the engine test, the
magnetic pickup and the crankshaft are new all ready replaced. the weird
thing is the engine run normal every day at morning or night, during the day
refuse to run. I do not know if the problem is from the PCM, I found the
solenoide and pressure regulator on the trans need to be replaced.

SO it displays, "no bus" in the odometer? this means a module has failed and is not communicating the information on the K line of the CAN BUS system the PCM vehicle computer may need to be replaced Chrysler / Dodge / Plymouth are the most common computer failure vehicles.

Well to know, now my question is why runs great in the morning (this morning I insert the key in the switch turn to start and runs like a champ), if the computer is bad?. Any answer for this phenomenon?. Can the transmission sensors be involve in that? Forgive my ignorance, what do you call "module" . Thanks for the help.
