My truck is overheating I changed the
thermostat and the water pump is fairly new
there's no leaks anywhere. I bled it and got
the air out I'm getting heat but it's still
getting hot the bottom radiator hose isn't
getting hot but all the other ones are

You have a blockage between the upper radiator hose that's getting hot and the bottom hose that's not. That's a clogged radiator.

Edit....I flushed the radiator and it's still running hot could it be the clutch fan... radiator ca...or maybe just the sensor


A flush doesn't always clear out a radiator; especially one that's seventeen years old. If the cooling fan is not running properly without the AC on, this could be a factor, but wouldn't cause the bottom hose to remain unheated.
