Truck ran hot

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After running hot it misfires on at least two
cylinders. No sucking exhaust and no
white smoke. Oil is fine. 4.7 engine

Do a compression check the head gasket might have let go and it could be leaking into the coolant passage also check your condition of your spark plugs and you can try swapping around the coil packs they might have failed due to the heat.
