I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi it won’t
run at idle I have replace the intake new throttle
body new injectors new plugs and coils wires new
fuel pump new fuel new cam and crank sensors
new PCs valve and still won’t run at idle
Have you done a vacume test?Sounds like something is not seated.
We have done everything also new catalyst converters new oxygen sensors
I did the same thing on my Dodge 2 years ago it ended up being oil relay sensor
Am thinking about change the 02 sensors harness.. I have the same problem for years...
throttle body is dirty and possible its plugged the idle circuit ports. Also check for dirty air filter and passages while you have them off to do the cleaning. Rev the motor and while spraying throttle body or brake cleaning spray cleaner. If that fails, check operation with OBD2 software (Autoenginuities software/hardware solutions www.autoenginuity.com) to cycle the throttle through its motion and or reset it.
