I have a 2005 Hemi 2500. We tow a RV with it
which is a lightweight when we are driving we lose
air condition a lot unless we're going downhill or on
a straight road for a long time what could the
reason be

A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean condenser with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also so that you can get good air flow to condenser.

Possibly an engine vacuum issue. Does the air blow out the defroster going up hill?
