2000 Town and Country Chrysler What would cause my heater and turn signals to suddenly stop working?

I was driving and all of the sudden my heater stopped blowing  and
my turn signals wouldn't work? This happened at the same time, as if
someone killed the power. When I say heater That includes defrost,
air conditioner (rear and front). the turn signals don't blink on the
outside or on the dash panel. Please help thank you.

ck fuse 12 in the fuse box under the dash. It controls flasher and a/c controls. Hope this helps........
