P0128 - Coolant Thermostat Error. Could be stuck or thermostat could need replacing. P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor error. This indicates an error in the camshaft sensor circuit. This could be fixed by replacing the sensor itself, though it could also be wiring in the circuit or the PCM. This one is very tricky to troubleshoot as it could be a shorted/broken/grounded wire or connector somewhere in the circuit.
