Overheating

My 2006 pt crusier temperature starts to
increase during idle and if I turn on my ac
usually goes down when I shut off my car
one time I heard a gurgling or bubbling sound
also my overflow tank was fuller then I had
put fluid in

The gurgling sound and reservoir tank overfilled is one of the results of an overheating engine. From your description, it sounds like something in the fan system is defective. With the AC on, the fans run by default, so the problem is most likely a defective engine coolant temperature sensor, blown fuse or relay, or a defect in the wiring.
