Starting
2006 PT Cruiser turns over but
won't start, very cold weather
added a bottle of Heat to the
fuel tank charged the battery I
need it to run to get any water
out of the gas if any. Thoughts ?

Check your fuel pressure. Additives are all good and everything but are not effective in your lines unless they're flowing.
When starting my pt i get a rough idle breiefly but will not start i changed the coil but nothing changed
