I have a 1991 Buick century.. I know im low
on gas.. It started up then after a couple of
sec it shuts off

you should never run below a 1/4 tank. after you get enough fuel in your tank, does the car do the same thing? test your fuel pressure, and then test your injectors. had a 91 chevy Lumina that did this and it ended up being a bad injector. OBD 1 computer system worthless on this issue.
