My 1993 buick park avenue runs fine till i comes to
a red light or stop sign and take my foot off the gas  
it's shuts off what could it be?

You probably have a vacumn leak........one test.......does the cruise work? See attached vacumn line for cruise.....trace the lines back to the top of the engine looking for hoses that are damaged, cracked, or pull off. also sometimes the check valve fall apart. The engine dies because at idle, you are getting too much air.
