I have a 93 Buick Park Avenue turn the key on it doesn't make any noise or turn over the lights come on on the dash the headlights everything works but no no starting what could be the problem

I change The positive cable I  put a new
starter and still turn the key and makes no
sound and It don'tturnover don't click or
anything

Tighten and clean all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor. Are you sure the battery is good?

Has the chip gone bad in your key? Is it the correct key? My door key will turn switch on so I can listen to the radio but will not start the car.
