95 Buick Regal wont start

95 Buick Regal WONT start. Replaced the battery
as it tested low Is something draining the battery
for it not to start. It will start with a jump I'm not a
mechanic sounds like an alternator ? Any
suggestions ?

If you can get it running take it up to any auto parts store and have the charging system tested for free. The battery may have a dead cell or the alternator is bad. If the battery tests good and is fully charged and dies over one or more days of inactivity, then you have a parasitic drain.
