Horn stop working so I changed the fuse under the
passenger side. when I put the new one in the the
security light flashes and the horn blows
constantly so I had to remove the fuse. *perhaps
it's connected to the security alarm?  Does anyone

It's in the steering wheel. The air bag contains the horn button. Bad design! Over time the plastic in the horn/air bag distorts enough to press the horn electrical contacts together. It's as if the horn is constantly being pressed. I disconnected the plugs in the back of my horns to stop the noise when mine went off. Unfortunately the horn relay was still being triggered and would run the battery down if i didn't drive for a few days. After going through a couple batteries I removed the horn relay and stopped draining the battery. When I looked up the fix for the horn contacts I found out that you have to replace the air bag/horn button as it is all one unit. The bad news is that it is about $500-$700 for the part. (If you can find one)

Where is the horn fuse location on my 1997 Buick lesabre limited? I want to pull it out to keep my horn from going off while i'm driving from time to time. I think it a wire loose near the air bag on the driver side
