Left front and rear turn signals

2000 Buick Park avenue left front and rear turn
signal light won't work.  I can hear a blinking sound,
but no left front or rear lights showing, but left side
marker is on.  I have checked the blubs and fuse
and they are fine.  Hazards and all other lights work

My park ave is doing the same thing but the light stays on even after I cut the car of and all of the other lights goes out the front and back drivers lights stays on. What did you do to fix the problem
