Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Tran will go into reverse with Big Bang. Takes awhile
but will go forward but if turn wheel slightly it kicks
out with a bang   and won't go forward again have
to put in reverse then back in forward. Speedometer
is going crazy.

any kind of work done on that tranny or did this happen out of the blue ?

Just started happening no work done. Gonna take axel off hope it the spline gears on the axel

maybe you should take it to a shop , what condition is the car in ?

I think what happened was someone put in a wrong size axel when I checked the rotor an compared the axel lugs there is gaps an the rotor has lots of movement no this is not result of wear the holes seem intact. I think that is why there is slipping in the tranny
