Tune up, clean throttle body, be sure to clean the mass air flow sensor (MAF), when it's dirty it can affect gas mileage (and be sure to use an approved MAF cleaner, regular carb cleaners can damage it). You can also check brakes, a dragging caliper can result in bad gas mileage.
