I need to know what size battery to use to replace a
battery that went bad in a 2003 Buick LeSabre Limited

I just checked. Seems it actually specifies a grout 75, but rely on the battery store guidance; they have no reason to lie. Depending on where you live, you'll have more requirements. Very cold or hot climates, you'll want a battery with the highest "cold cranking amps" CCA you can get. The car is 15 years old, so you might have other requirements, as well.
