I have a foul smell an I change my filters. What should I do
next to try to fix the problem

What kind of odor? Oil smell, musty stale air smell, mold? Can you pinpoint where it is coming from or just all over? Maybe the A/C drain is plugged and you've got an odor from the heat assembly. Need more information.

Cabin or air filter? Cabin filters should be changed every 15K, Air filters a little more.

i usually put pine sol or the equivalent down the vent area at the firewall with the fan on full getting outside air. u need to clean out the mold.
