Starts but not run, crank sensor maybe?
I have a 06 3.2L just replaced waterpump/timing belt/seals
now it will turn over freely but will not start. I work at a shop
and everything has been done correctly, all 3 marks lined up
exactly. Maybe one cylinder fires while cranking then dies
but continues to spin freely ( only the fire dies ) no other
issue. Would bad crank sensor cause this problem?
Could be a bad crankshaft position sensor, but more likely, it's the connector to it that just got knocked off or wasn't re-plugged in correctly after the timing belt was replaced.
