Installing after market fog lights

I have seen various fog lights on ebay for my HL 06.  The sellers claim that it is easy to install and they fit perfectly.  Has anyone installed one and what are your thouhgts?  Thanks.

is easy to install,just check with your inspecton station to see if they are legal in your state.
