How to locate and fix noise in Prius 07 with no warning light

toyota prius won't accelerate but make funny noise from tire when press pedal. I Just
change the cv axla and trans fluid. Any help is welcome

The only way to check that kind of noise is to raise vehicles tires off the ground and give each one a spin with your hand and listen for the noise. Now as far as it will not accelerate maybe the noise you hear when you apply your brakes is that brake that you hear that noise coming from is locked up on rotor causing vehicle not to move but will not know until you find out which one is making the noise.
