Have a 1990 F150 5.0 have power going to the
firewall on the battery do not have power on the
firewall to the ignition or none of the lights will turn
on on the dash

Use multimeter and check for voltage going to fuse block. If voltage, begin checking individual pins within each fuse holder for voltage. Make sure there is a good ground.

unfortunately, if your fuses keep blowing out or they simply wont work on those lines, replace the wire or fuse box because you could have a case of reverse polarization. good luck
