1990 F150 won't run on own power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1990 f159 4.9L l600 bought it as a fixer upper was told
won't fire due to fuel. I've been testing everything if I pour gas in
the intake it turns right over and runs looking at the truck and
talking to the former owner and asking what he has and hasn't
done I jumped right into it replaced the fuel pumps (dual
reservoir), fuel filter, pump relay, injectors, and fuel pressure
regulator as my starting point well low and behold the truck still
doesn't run under its own power I've checked to ensure there are
no clogs pinches and the proper power is flowing to all wires and
proper pressure as well as ensured that the connectors to the
injectors are receiving a pulse ensured no messed up lines and
fixed the ones that were damaged I still can't get the darn thing
running any help would be much appreciated.

Do the injectors fire? Do you have fuel pressure? Perhaps the ECM is bad but I do not recommend random part replacement as it gets very expensive.
