Truck won't stay running

Asked by Stamantjr Jun 27, 2018 at 12:16 PM about the 1991 Ford F-150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm not getting any fuel to the throttle body. I
replaced the fuel pump and it runs if you spray the
carburetor but kills once you stop. What do I do
next?

I'm not sure of engine liter size? Did you check fuel injector pulse? I looked at info for 4.9L engine, at fuel injector, red wire is voltage, goes hot with the key on, use a test lite and check for voltage. The computer controls the ground circuit.
