Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am trying to see what code is in my truck.  Where is the plugin area so I can do this?  I have looked and can't seem to find it.  Thanks....

1996 and newer all scanner link connectors are located inside the vehicle. Before 1996 the vehicle manufacturer's were able to mount these plugs any where they wanted. The plug you are looking for is located under the hood on the right side near the fire wall. The plug design is not the same as 96 and newer.
