No start

Asked by Paris Aug 24, 2017 at 02:23 AM about the 1992 Ford F-150

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck starts and run fine but take a long ride turn it
off won't start for 2 hours or so then fine again
starts like nothing wrong. Once I didn't wait just
went to get new started solenoid  started right up...
but even after new solenoid  same problem I think
a wire is getting to hot or something.....any help
please

something breaking down when hot like the coil ,heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun and replicate it
