fuel problems

i got a 92 f150 single tank ,the fuel pump wont kick on,at the harness im
getting 8 and 6 volts consent  on two wires when i turn the key ,its not getting
the three second burst of 12 volts ,please help

i am pertty sure the relays are good .em shut off switch is good and the tank selector switch im getting 12volts now but not at the harness

Take the test light and puncher the wire with the sharp end of test light close to harness if it reads 12 volts take test light end and test the same end that goes into where harness goes to pump assembly this will let you know if power is going through harness.
