93 f150 5.8, 4x4
I have a 93 F 150 4 by 4 it's getting fuel getting
spark but not starting what could be the problem I
change the coil pack the computer clean the spark
plugs just won't start
Double check your firing order. Why did you change the computer? Is it a Remanufactured flashed to your vehicles specs unit?
I had the computer it was a brand new computer for that truck I put the old one in and then put the new one in and still nothing and what firing order would work on the truck I tried 13726548 and 15426378 it's a 93 f150 5.8 4x4
Be sure to compare the computer Code numbers they need to match exactly.
If it is getting spark and fuel and has compression it should fire. I would double check that it is getting fuel to the engine. Next step would be checking compression to make sure the timing chain is not the problem.
