What's stop a 1994 Ford f150 from firing

The ignition coil, and the ignition control module are the most common things. These can be taken out and checked at an auto parts store. Make sure the distributor cap & rotor are good also.

You have no spark ? You can test the coil , or if the contacts are corroded you can replace the coil and wires . Check the plugs , what do they look like ?
