confused my truck ran fine i lost my keys and replaced the ignition since i had no spare key now it wont start

94 Ford F150 ran great before I replaced ignition now it cranks over fine but doesn't start and now I don't hear the fuel pump come on and cycle through everything else comes on. confused and need my truck to work so I can go to work lol

Double check the wiring harness to insure everything is plugged completely in. Check fuses just in case you might have shorted something out during the ignition change.

If you replaced the Lock Cylinder then a fuel pump failure is just coincidental. Especially if all you did was turn on the key, push the release button, remove and replace the lock cylinder. The electrical switch is further up the column. It's possible in that vintage that the electrical switch has broken or come apart - it's just pot metal.
