Will a fuel pump from a 93 F150 extended cab fit
on a 95 model?

Doubtful, it especially won't work if your 95 has a late manufacture build date. Beside you don't want to put in a used fuel pump as it most likely is old style and will go bad when you start pumping this stuff they call fuel. Buy a new unit.

I agree with tennisshoes. Too much work to swap a used fuel pump.
