Battery has a full charge and connections all good? As far as spark, in the past, I have used a digital multimeter, low voltage setting, engine idling, touch the spark plug wires, one at a time. You don't penetrate the plug wire insulation, it's an inductive reading, you just touch it. I've seen readings of .6--.7 volts, so low reading. If you get readings bouncing off zero, there's your problem, Whether it's spark plug wire or something else. We been talking about spark, but, could be other issues? How long since overall tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Engine needs fuel--spark--compression, proper amounts at proper time.

If any of the contacts on these or the coil are not clean metal then they should be replaced , sounds like an ignition problem for sure . You did the plug wires one at a time right ?
