The fuel filter should be center of lh frame rail. The fuel pump shows to be in gas tank. So you would have to drop gas tank to remove pump. I have heard of some people removing the pickup bed to get at fuel pump. I've never tried it. If you want to drop tank and don't have lift, you might be able to use floor jack. Empty the tank.

I replaced the fuel pump. I replaced the fuel filter. I turn the key and the fuel pump turns on. But the truck still will not start. It turns over but will not fire up. Please help
