Power windows for a 1998 Ford F150

I have a 1998 Ford F150  the window on the
drivers side is stuck down and the passengers is
stuck in the rolled up position, when I hit the
buttons on the driver and passenger side you can
here the button click like normal and nothing
happens on either side. Please help if possible,
I’ve replaced all the fuses that have been broken or
burnt out (not the relay switches). Any help would
be greatly appreciated thank you all in advance

Remove the door panel on the side with the glass up. Clasp the glass on both sides with the palms of your hands. While someone presses the down button, try to move the window down. If you feel the regulator trying to assist in moving down, the motor is bad. Next step is to check for voltage at both controllers.
