98 - F150 - stopped running

While driving to work, the truck just stopped running. I had enough rolling
time to pull over off the freeway. THANK GOD! Now, it won't turn over.
Almost as if the gas is not passing through. The battery works, lights all turn
on. I am just lost on what the issue could be. I already lost over 500 in towing
alone to get it home. This issue may be nothing significant, but I am not that
savvy when it comes to mechanical. However, I am self-taught and not afraid
to get dirty to fix the issue. I could use your advice and guidance. Thank you
