How do I remove rubber around windshiel just at the top? I'm trying to recauk windshield to stop leak at top.

You don't remove it, it's all one peice. Your best off just putting rtv around the edges

Use 3M 08008 Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive. Put something up against it until it cures if weather stripping is out of place to help keep it in place. If this is the back glass, the 97 & 98 models for sure had issues with plastic mount bracket the glass is in that cracks and leaks and will have to upgraded to a newer one or aftermarket glass.
