1999 ford f150 crank no start

changed fuel pump filter cheked inursha changed all pcm and relays and
fuses now i cant get fuel pressure to the engine and im stuck seeing fpms
1999 f150 4.2 dont have and cant cause theft issue as well as there is no
pressure

The new pump could be defective or not installed correctly. Did you change the filter? ??
