F150 xtl .4.2L, V6, 5 speed STD. No Crank, Bump Start
intermitint failure on start up, happens mostly in wet weather. new battery alt,
starter. was laging on cranking just before last failure.
Check all the connections between the battery and starter for good contact and corrosion free. The lag you feel could be due to a bad connection. Although receiving 12 volts at the starter, it's the amperage which spins the starter with enough force to crank the engine.
