My 2000 F150 will not turn over. Parked 6 months. New battery

Pick-up parked in garage all winter. Click heard when key turned.However it will not turn
over.New battery did not help. Nor did jumpers. Can you advise me?

check the starter solenoid see if your getting power to it

Could be the fuel in the tank. Did you add stabilizer before setting it up for the winter. One big, and I mean big problem with ethanol based fuel is it attracts water.

Sorry. I took turning over as starting. So the vehicle will not crank, correct. Check the solenoid and see it is getting 12 volts across it. Clicking noise usually means either the starter is bad or not receiving proper voltage. If voltage is present take a hammer and tap with medium pressure on the starter, no banging. If it starts, replace the starter.
