What chemical to put on outside of headlight lenses to clear the beam / what application or substance to apply on seat belt from twisting up and making difficult for next use of hooking in for standard belt function, please?

heard Off brand mesquito spray inthe orange or green can works...and seat
belts on my 2000 F150 and are they rated adequate for safe use under
normal use and if Ford company has any suggestions on what came with
the stock belts as when sold new as to now?Have you heard any details on
manufactured seat belt statics in the event of failure for product purchaser
related to seat belts,Sir.

Those are micro scratches on your lenses which make them look dull. Here is what I did for my 99 explorer. Start with about 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper using water with liquid soap. Gradually work up to about 3000 grit using the water soap solution. You know you are done when rinsed, the lens looks clear. Spray two coats of clear acrylic onto the lens. They will look new.
