Meguiar's plastic polish work well.

Those are micro scratches on your lenses which make them look dull. Here is what I did for my 99 explorer. Start with about 400 grit wet/dry sandpaper using water with liquid soap. Gradually work up to about 3000 grit using the water soap solution. You know you are done when rinsed, the lens looks clear. Spray two coats of clear acrylic onto the lens. They will look new.
