How to polarize the unit after battery change?

If change d a battery in my f150,
After driving few miles my car do slow down to 30 Miller hr
Can't go faster .
What can couse that?

There is nothing to polarize. Polarization occurred many years ago when voltage regulators had to be polarized to generators. Is the check engine light on? If so get the vehicle scanned for fault codes and post them here.
