Go to your instrument panel fuse box and check fuse #5 which may be labeled "OBD" and see if it's burned out. If it's burnt, that will be the problem. Replace it with the same rating which is 7.5 amps. I think the location of that fuse box (lid) is visible when you open the drive's door. I hope that helps.
