I'm wondering why when I put in a zip code and a radius of 100 miles I see vehicles from all over the U.S.

Asked by Jul 17, 2019 at 03:18 PM about the 2005 BMW X3

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

One of our local dealers that I have always checked inventory on a local site
recently told me that he was dropping that site and concentrating on cargurus. I
checked the site today looking for a BMW in zip code 49684 within a 100 mile
radius. I had to search for his dealership as there were thousands of BMWs,
but they were from all over the U.S. Why wasn't my search area limited?
