what mpg on 76 2dr

Hello jackel-- It's hard to believe in this time of global warming, but 30 years ago people weren't that concerned with gas mileage. The government, which now provides such data at www.fueleconomy.gov., was just in the early stages of monitoring fuel consumption. Therefore, I haven't been able to find any formal information about mileage for your 1976 Honda Civic except anecdotal reports which say it got mileage a lot better than most back then. .No anecdotal info here but factual. My 1976 white Honda civic got 37 miles to 38 miles to the gallon on the freeway and 31 to 2 on city streets
