How can i do to fix my car?

for the high RPM issue - check your vacuum and if all else fails check your Idle Air Control Module. although normally neither would cause the car to not turn over - this sounds like a dead battery (not to sound like its that easy or you haven't checked this)..

Double check the timing. You might be off by a tooth!

Did the belt jump? This is a interference engine and can stop when contact occurs. Rotate engine by hand each direction to which it will move DO NOT FORCE PAST STOP POINT. if the engine stops again while hand rotating remove cover and belt gently move crank to a position that allows you to get the up mark on the cam correct,time the crank,set tension. Highly recommend a compression test up on assembly to determine valve damage. Hope that helps.

DO NOT TURN BACKWARDS~ just about lost my job as a mechanic, 'cause was off by a tooth and the engine suffererd valve damage! also DO NOT TOW backwards (in gear) is will break the engine!

the tensioner is on the slack side, AND has a fussy bearing too-

Will hum like a bee if the tension is too taught. Too slack will cause the performance to jig-around all unstable RPM-wise. Just the right amount of loose there is an instrument to set this with. As I recall it is around 3/32" at ambient temperature.

Amy damage is already done as long as you don't force it past the stop point you should be ok. Just take your time.
