How to replace a 1973 thunderbird alternator and brackets??

I took the alternator off in 10 minutes
but the bracket came off and now i
have no clue how to put it back
together, I've tried 3 times now??
Please help...:(

Let this one be your lesson! From now on, if you are going to do some work and you don't know EXACTLY what you are doing, take digital pictures of each step in the disassembly. When you are ready to rebuild it, just look at your pictures in reverse order. Now, how to put it back together... I would think you could look at most any 70's Ford with your engine and see how it was originally. Take pictures and put yours back together. Where do you find another 70 type??? go to a local car show!
