Door won't stay latched and closed. What could be the problem and
how do I fix it? Car has power windows and locks.

Even though the latch is probably worn, it may be adjustable yet. Try to loosen the screws holding the latch to the door frame and gently tap it in. Close the door and try again. You may have to repeat this several times to get perfect but it should do the trick. PS: lube both doors
